During winter months, we use insulating materials to protect foliage and roots, and in summer, we wrap plants to boost humidity inside their box. Ordering extra large plant sets for shipping? Please note that extra large plant sets are sent in two separate parcels. One parcel contains the plant, secure within its plastic nursery pot. The second parcel contains the ceramic pot and wood stand, if applicable. Shipments are carefully timed to ensure that both parcels are received simultaneously, and tracking is provided as soon as the parcels ship.
