Coverage begins on your sign up date and applies only to original plants purchased from Léon & George. Replacements are restricted to the customer's address on the original order.
- Replacements are matched to the customer's existing pot size, at the same price point or lower. Replacement options depend on availability and may differ from the original plant.
- Priority access to Plant Doctor support is available during business hours Monday to Friday. Response times and support hours may vary by season and demand. Access fees and internet/data charges may apply.
- Cancel anytime if no replacement has been claimed. Each enrolled plant has a 12-month commitment period once a replacement is ordered. Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
- Replacements are processed online — no returns, no complicated forms. Requests require a short description and photo of the plant. Abuse or neglect may result in denial of service.
