How do I know which delivery experience I'll get?
If you're ordering one of our larger plants and the delivery address is in the San Francisco Bay Area or the Los Angeles metro area, you'll get your plant via White Glove Delivery on the date you schedule.
Otherwise if you're getting just small and medium plants, or you're elsewhere in the USA, we'll ship your plant via UPS.
We make sure to let you know on the cart and during checkout what kind of delivery you'll get.
