  • Standard Shipping: Once dispatched, your plants will travel safely and swiftly, usually arriving within 2-5 business days. We ensure each plant is packaged meticulously for transit.

  • Faster Options: In a rush to add greenery to your space? Opt for our Express Shipping or Overnight Shipping on eligible products. For urgent deliveries, Overnight Shipping is your best bet, available for orders placed before noon PST.

  • Weather-Considerate Shipping: We're proactive about your plants' well-being. We adjust shipping schedules during extreme weather, especially for destinations like the East Coast. Orders are sent the following Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. Why? Because we prioritize the safe and healthy arrival of your plants, minimizing risks like weather-related damage.

  • Express Upgrades: Sometimes, we'll upgrade your shipping to Express at no extra cost, ensuring your plants arrive impeccable, especially during harsh weather conditions.

Can sales promotions be applied custom orders?

No, promotions are determined for products available for purchase on our website. Custom orders require additional labor and are not eligible for discounts.

What is the status of my order?

My building requires a certificate of insurance (COI) for any delivery, do you provide that document?

Yes, If you need a COI for the plant delivery, let us know in the delivery instructions at the checkout step, and we'll make sure to get that on time for you.

Can I reschedule my delivery time? (White-Glove delivery only)
