Theresa is amazing

I am a new plant owner and Theresa has been most helpful teaching me what I need to know. One piece of advice, some additional communication with your plants about pieces included and what their function is. I ended up frustrated and unsure where one piece of paper with some additional information would solve all issues. Again, Theresa is top notch and hugely helpful setting me up

Terrible and satisfied all at the same time.

I ordered a Money Tree and a Bird’s Nest Fern for myself (in Virginia) at the same time as I ordered Year of the Dragon Money Trees for my children (who live in Colorado and Alabam). Both of their plants arrived in two days in great condition. My plants spent nine days in transit in the winter. My money tree was essentially dead on arrival. I called customer service and a replacement was sent right away, and arrived in great condition and is thriving. My bird’s nest fern had obvious cold damage on about half the plant but wasn’t obviously dead. Customer service suggested that I cut back the damaged leaves. Unfortunately my plant is still barely alive but I doubt it will ever recover, and certainly doesn’t match my expectations for the cost of a L&G medium plant. I was able to purchase a replacement at a quality local greenhouse while I continue to try to nurse my original birds nest fern back to health.
