When one plant ended up damaged upon receipt, L&G replaced immediately and without any fuss or muss. They also make sure to ship the replacement at a time when it minimized the opportunity for winter and UPS to hurt it. Love the customer service

My fiancee and I just purchased our 1st house and we wanted to buy a few larger indoor plants. I really wanted to the pink rubber tree plant, but it had been sold out for a bit. It was finally back in stock, so I purchased it and had it delivered the following Saturday. The delivery person was on time, so friendly and knowledgeable, and set up the perfect spot for my plant.
