Plant delivery in San Francisco Bay , California

Previous plants I've purchased were delivered via L&G directly, but this time via UPS, which I was a bit worried about. Plants did well in the shipping materials. I had to contact L&G because I could not find an additional product I ordered, but they sent a helpful picture to verify packing and I found them cleverly disguised!

The plant arrived in good shape, but the pot was in many pieces so it had to sit in the plastic until a new pot arrived. Customer service was great at responding, and getting the new pot out. It wasn’t quite as fun to get the plant repotted to the new pot, and a bit of a mess but it looks good now. The experience didn’t meet my expectations, which were set with the IG post of what it should be like unwrapping a new plant from Leon & George. I get the damage was due to the delivery service, but I couldn’t give a 5 star due to the experience not being as grand as I was expecting.

Gifted Ficus Audrey Tree to someone really special, but the wrong pot delivered. Ariana quickly resolved the problem and kindly complimented some goodies to ensure our tree lives to 100 years old! We named her EM and she is a true beauty, pictures do not do justice. Her emerald leaves are so soft to the touch and her elegant light color trunk compliments everything about her. Leon & George you have a forever customer!

I'm so appreciative of the care and thoughtfulness behind your plant selection and shipping process--as well as your weekly care reminders! My plants looked amazing when they arrived and have continued to thrive. Guests to our home are shocked when they realize they are real plants!

The packaging is very clever, and the plant arrived in good condition. It was nevertheless a little bit more difficult to remove from the packaging than I would have preferred, and the plant also leans a little bit in one direction. I think the latter can and will be corrected and I have taken steps to do so. It is certainly not a major, major problem, but these are the reasons for 4 and not 5 stars. I still think it is a lovely plant and am not disappointed overall.

The plant and stand (I got the black pot with dark walnut frame) are beautiful and set the right mood. And, as someone with a bit of a brown thumb, I love that the plant is not high maintenance. Even though my pot arrived damaged, the process for replacement was easy and quick. Thanks!

When my daughter opened her gifted money tree plant, the plant leaves appeared weeping as if it needed water. Some leaves had fallen off, looked sad, but after some water and the following morning it perked back up.

Despite delivery company taking rounds to deliver and missed the birthdate deadline, the gift arrived beautifully packaged and the birthday girl loved it and it was a pleasant surprise! Everything was in tact and plant shone as it should🤩

What a difference buying good quality plants. I also have a zz plant I purchased from Leon and George through Williams Sonoma two years a go and it's doing really well. You pay extra for plants that are raised in excellent conditions obviously because they don't get sick and are very full and healthy.

This Fiddle Leaf Fig Bush came packaged with so much care and consideration for the plant. It is absolutely beautiful and is a perfect little accent in our office. The pot and stand are so nice. They have such a modern yet timeless look about them. Much like the Fiddle Leaf Fig! I'm very happy with this plant and hope to expand our collection.
