How much light does the N’Joy Pothos need?

The N’Joy Pothos (Epipremnum aureum ‘N’Joy’) grows best in bright, indirect light that helps maintain its distinctive green-and-white variegation. Place it near an east- or north-facing window for gentle morning light, or a few feet back from a bright south- or west-facing window to avoid scorching its leaves. While it can tolerate lower light, too little light may cause the variegation to fade and growth to slow. Avoid direct midday sun, which can burn the leaves.

How often should I water my N’Joy Pothos?

Water your N’Joy Pothos when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry to the touch. In general, this means watering every 1–2 weeks during the active growing season (spring and summer) and less often in fall and winter. Always check the soil before watering to avoid overwatering, which can lead to root rot. Use a pot with drainage holes and empty any excess water from the saucer to keep roots healthy.
