Thank you for your plant purchase – we hope you are happy with your new greens! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be completed within 7 days of the date of receiving the plants, with the exception of our 30-Day Guarantee, detailed below.
To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a pickup or a drop off at our facility. Please note that a 10% restocking fee (of the full price of the plant, before discounts) will be charged for all returns. This helps cover the costs we incur when an item is returned. If you want us to pick it up, then there will also be a delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee charged.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item (plant must be in the same condition as when it arrived to you), we will process your refund or schedule an exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when it has been processed.
If the plant dies within the first 30 days that you have it, and it is not due to negligence of care, we'll replace it free of charge! Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
